1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that the use of the golf simulator involves physical activity, including swinging a golf club, and may present a risk of injury to myself or others. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of injury, illness, or damage, known or unknown, in connection with my use of the Simulator.

2. Release of Liability

Failure to comply may result in termination of my session without refund.
